Sales and Leasing Agent

MGG Properties is seeking an ambitious, motivated and committed individual as a Sales and Leasing Agent.

Responsibilities include:

• To build relationships within the Ulaanbaatar Community
• To help build MGG’s presence and brand within Mongolia
• To build a potential client base for MGG Properties
• To maintain relationships with existing clients
• To liaise with clients in order to determine and meet their potential sales and leasing requirements
• To assist and consult clients throughout the sales and leasing process
• To maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times

Requirements:
• Must have excellent communications skills (verbal and written) in English
• Must be outgoing and personable and enjoy speaking with people
• Good knowledge of MS Office
