Front Office Administrator

MGG Properties is seeking an ambitious and committed individual with excellent communication skills to join our team. The person will be the first point of contact for much of our business so we would like them to possess the following skills in fulfilling the position’s responsibilities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Welcome clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Direct visitor to their destinations
  • Answer incoming calls and answer general inquiries
  • Coordinate potential leads (both in person and on the phone) with appropriate Property/Sales Agents
  • Handle a variety of administrative support tasks

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in Mongolian and English
  • Proficient with MS Office and Outlook and IOS skills a plus
  • Ability to multitask, well organized with good time management skills
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment where management only speaks English

Starting pay: 700k-900k/month
